ALL INDIA CHAMPIONSHIP


1. MATCH / DEVICE / GAME / POV RULES
1. All matches must be played on updated versions of iOS/Android devices along with the latest in-game updates.
2. The game must be downloaded only from official platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
3. Players are not allowed to change their device during the tournament. The IMEI number must remain the same throughout the event.
4. Players are strictly prohibited from uninstalling the game during the tournament period.
5. Use of GFX tools, boosters, graphic modification tools, third-party applications, hacks, cheats, or any unauthorized software is strictly prohibited.
6. No third-party applications may be downloaded, installed, or used on the tournament device during the event .
7. Teaming up with other teams directly or indirectly is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban.
8. Any use of hacks, cheating tools, or failure to provide requested proofs/evidence to management will result in immediate disqualification.
9. Players must begin screen recording from the App Store/Play Store page, show the game launch, play the entire match, and end the recording by showing the game page and device IMEI number.
10. Ringing or playing on behalf of another player is strictly prohibited.
11. POV recordings and handcams are mandatory and must be submitted to management after matches if asked . Teams must preserve all recordings in cloud storage/drive for at least 3 days. Management may request these recordings at any time, even without allegations. Any suspicious activity may result in direct disqualification.
12. The minimum in-game account level required is Level 30 . Failure to meet these conditions will result in no points being counted and may lead to disqualification.
2. BEHAVIOUR & CONDUCT RULES
1. In case of disputes, misunderstandings, or issues, teams must resolve matters professionally through mutual discussion with management. Defaming the event organizer or misconduct may result in disqualification.
2. Misbehavior towards management, staff, or admins will result in direct disqualification.
3. Use of abusive or offensive language against other teams, players, management, or staff is strictly prohibited and may lead to direct disqualification.
4. Any misconduct during the LAN event at the venue may result in immediate removal from the venue and disqualification without prior notice or negotiation.
5. Teams are responsible for maintaining hygiene, discipline, professionalism, and sportsmanship during the event.
6. Any damage caused to venue property, accessories, or equipment by a team’s player, representative, guest, or supporter must be compensated by the respective team/organization on the same day.
7. Teams must not provoke, troll, trigger, or engage in any activity that may create conflict or disturbance during the LAN event. Violation may lead to direct disqualification
3. REGISTRATION RULES
1. Teams are prohibited from registering with multiple email IDs or duplicate team names.
2. Only one team per organization is allowed during registration.
3. Slot requests will only be considered after successful submission of the official website application. Slot confirmation will be completed after fulfillment of Step 2 (Angel One ID creation).
4. It is mandatory for every team to create at least one unique Angel One ID using the organizer’s referral link and promo code within the given timeline.
5. If any player is below 18 years of age, the team may use assistance from parents, guardians, friends, or family members to complete the required Angel One ID creation process.
6. Teams unable to complete the ID creation process may secure their slot by depositing a refundable security amount of 500. The amount will be refunded once Step 2 is completed, even if completed after Round 1 matches
4. EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The management of AIC reserves the right to make necessary decisions, amendments, or updates to the rulebook in the future through public notice.
2. The final prize pool of the event is dependent on the total number of successful ID creations. Any shortage in counts may affect the overall prize pool.
3. Wildcard slot payments are strictly non-refundable once paid.
4. In the event of cancellation or postponement, organizers may compensate teams through partial refunds, prize pool adjustments, or alternative compensation methods depending on the situation.
5. Any violation of tournament rules may result in immediate disqualification.
6. Management reserves the right to disqualify any team for valid reasons.
7. The venue is currently fixed; however, if changes occur, the updated venue details will be communicated to all participating teams.
8. Internet, Wi-Fi, electricity, power supply, and similar operational services are the responsibility of the venue provider. Organizers shall not be held responsible for failures caused by circumstances beyond human control.
9. Any loss, damage, or destruction of venue or event equipment caused by a team’s player, representative, guest, or supporter must be compensated by the respective team, organization, or player on the same day.
5. AGE ELIGIBILITY RULES
1. A minimum of three (2) players in a team must be 18 years of age or above and must possess a valid ID Card to participate in the tournament.
2. If a team fails to satisfy Rule 1.1, the team may complete the required verification and formalities through a parent, guardian, friend, or family member who fulfills the eligibility requirements.
3. After compliance with Rules 1.1 and/or 1.2, all participating players must be at least 16 years of age or older.
RULES FINAL AUTHORITY
AIC Management reserves the full right to modify, add, remove, or update any rule mentioned in this rulebook at any time without prior notice
